Routine, 2026

Although it pains me as a Red Sox fan, I have to admit, I love how this piece came together. The iconic cross-body jump is shown by its most recognizable details: the pinstripes, the hat, the glove, and the base. Against the muted gray and deep blue background, those small details pop and put all the focus on the movement of the play. The stretched shadow underneath exaggerates the what feels like Jeter frozen in the air, capturing one of baseball’s most recognizable moments in my own style.
